Bug Fixes
- Bulk device orders now send a single consolidated order email instead of one email per device.

Stories / Features
- New Medical Device list UI, including a BMI-based cuff suggestion for the new CareSimple + A&D - Medical Direct+ Blood Pressure Monitor.
- Log view is now the default for glucose measurements in the patient chart.
