CLINICAL PORTAL & CARE TEAM EXPERIENCE
• Medical Record Number (MRN) Visibility: Added patient MRN as a dedicated column across the Task and Alert tabs to make patient identification faster and streamline EHR chart cross-referencing.
• Smarter Alert Throttling for Blood Pressure Device Errors: To reduce alert fatigue, repeated invalid readings (such as 0/0 errors from Direct+ monitors) are now throttled to alert only on the 3rd consecutive occurrence rather than every attempt. An automated support ticket is also generated with device and patient details so our support team can troubleshoot without clinician burden.
DEVICE ORDERING, SIZING & LOGISTICS
• Bulk ordering of Cuffs: Care teams can now bulk order specific cuff sizes (such as Small and Large Adult).
• Inline Height & Weight Entry for Cuff Recommendations: If a patient does not have anthropometrics on file when ordering a Direct+ monitor, users can now input height and weight directly inside the ordering modal. The system instantly calculates BMI to recommend the appropriate cuff size without requiring users to exit and restart the order.
• Expedited Shipping Option: Device orders fulfilled via Amazon MCF can now be placed with an Expedited Shipping option for urgent clinical deployments.
• Promised Delivery Date Visibility: Estimated delivery dates are now displayed during checkout for both Standard and Expedited speeds, and the promised delivery date/window remains visible on the patient’s device record alongside tracking details.
REPORTS & RELIABILITY FIXES
• Pulse Oximeter Heart Rate Reporting: Resolved an issue in the Vitals Summary Report where pulse oximeter heart rate readings were omitted; heart rate data captured during pulse ox measurements now properly appears in its dedicated section alongside SpO₂.
• Bulk Order Shipping Address Retention: Fixed an issue where the shipping address was not preserved across multi-shipment bulk orders.
• Enhanced Platform Order Monitoring: Added real-time automated alerting for internal support operations to monitor incomplete HL7 orders or fulfillment delays, ensuring proactive resolution before care delivery is impacted.
