New Features
* Provider field in onboarding: The Medical Information step of patient onboarding now includes a Provider field (free text), placed above Primary and Secondary Condition. When launched from an EHR, the field is prefilled with the provider's name.
* New Action Taken options: Five new options have been added to the "Action Taken" drop-down: Intervention Applied, SDOH Risk Assessment, Community Health Integration, Principal Illness Navigation, and Caregiver Training Session.
* Clinical time auto-save in Epic Embedded app: Closing the CareSimple embedded app (via tab close or navigation) from within an Epic patient chart now automatically saves the clinical time for that session, preventing the under-reporting that previously affected billing and reporting.
* Web links in Epic Embedded app: Fixed an issue where tracking-number URLs (and other web links) were blocked inside the Epic-embedded CareSimple app.
New Devices
* iGlucose Touch device: iGlucose Touch (BGM), product code SMiG-TOUCH-04H, with expanded meal-marker classes: Midnight, Pre/Post Meal Breakfast, Pre/Post Meal Lunch, and Pre/Post Meal Dinner (in addition to the existing Fasting, Bedtime, and Unspecified).
